Limfjords Mussles are caught in the Danish Limfjord waters. Limfjords Mussels are known for their good taste. They grow wild in the cold fresh water. Limfjord Mussels are MSC-certified. They are smaller and have a more elastic consistency compared to the larger Abba mussels.
Cultured mussels are not fed! Because they feed on microscopic organisms they filter from the seawater they have instead a positive impact on the marine environment.
